Bush BC-304 Bagless Cylinder Cleaner is a great bargain. I ordered this when we lost our previous vacuum cleaner while relocating to the new city and had to make an emergency bargain. It's even a better deal than i could imagine. It picks up fine small hair, invisible to human eyes and doesn't make too much noise unlike many expensive ones.
