David, one of those four sons, opened a caffè in Charlotte Street in the heart of fashionable Fitzrovia. His brothers Celeste, Ludovico and Giuseppe soon joined him and, with the most basic kitchen and just five tables they served traditional English food to cabbies and local chauffeurs. But customers became intrigued by the more exotic dishes the Bertorelli’s cooked for themselves - authentic Italian food. Today the Bertorelli name can now be found in six beautiful locations in the City and West End of London. The newest member of the family ‘il Bertorelli’ offers a relaxing, informal dining experience for you to share with family and friends in the true Bertorelli family spirit.
